Service Route Driver/Machine Maintenance

Safely operate commercial vehicles along designated routes, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on delivery machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Assist customers with product questions, upselling opportunities, and providing excellent service to foster strong relationships.

Manage route documentation, including delivery logs, maintenance records, and pricing adjustments.

Conduct heavy lifting and merchandising tasks as needed to support product placement and inventory management.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and provide updates.

Maintain organizational efficiency by keeping vehicles clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards.

Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license; familiarity with route driving best practices.

Strong math skills for accurate pricing calculations and inventory management.

Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.

Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily operations.

Knowledge of merchandising techniques to optimize product displays in customer locations.

Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and performing minor machine repairs or maintenance.

Experience in sales or upselling strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
