Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Craft Beverages: Prepare coffee and tea drinks to Starbucks standards, including espresso beverages, Frappuccinos, and seasonal specialties
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and create a welcoming, memorable experience
• Product Knowledge: Recommend drinks and food items, explain ingredients, and highlight new offerings
• Cash Handling: Operate the POS system, process payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Store Maintenance: Clean workstations, restock supplies, and follow all food safety protocols
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow baristas to keep operations smooth and efficient
  
  

Working Hours

• Shifts vary and may include early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  
  

Qualifications

Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and multitasking
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail and punctuality
