Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Stand Leader or greater role at Motley7Brew. The Stand Leader will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, handle budgeting, and ensure top-notch customer service. The initial roles are located in Spokane, but we do intend to grow across WA, OR and stands in ID. Initial stand leader hires will have the fastest track to larger roles, based on performance.

Compensation package includes a salary in the $65-75K range DOE, with a full benefit and bonus package targeted at 25% of base. Our growth plans will include the need for Regional Leader (District Manager) level candidate in the near future.

Qualifications

• Operations Management, Team Management, and Budgeting skills
• Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Strong Customer Service orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the coffee or hospitality/QSR industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field a plus but we look closely at industry experience and leadership ability
