• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso beverages, and food items to company recipe and presentation standards


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service at all times to create a welcoming coffeehouse experience


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Engage with guests, answer questions, and make product recommendations to enhance their visit and drive sales


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Maintain a clean, organized, and safe coffeehouse and work area


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Operate POS systems, scanners, and related equipment accurately


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using FIFO methods to ensure freshness and minimize waste


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Monitor inventory levels and communicate low or out-of-stock items to leadership


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Stay informed on promotions, seasonal beverages, and store initiatives


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to support smooth daily operations


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Collaborate with other departments to support overall store performance and guest satisfaction


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Assist with cleaning, restocking, and prep work during slower periods


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Support loss prevention efforts and follow company policies and procedures


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Participate in required trainings and continuous learning opportunities


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Remain productive and support store readiness at all times

• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Required: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


• <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Preferred: Previous experience in coffee, food service, grocery, or retail environments
