What You’ll Do
- Supervise and lead a team of baristas during assigned shifts.
- Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the Starbucks store.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Train and coach team members to uphold Starbucks standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Experience in a Starbucks, food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred.
- Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
- Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
