Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Cotti Coffee store. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive both team performance and store profitability. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in coffee, beverage, or fast-paced retail environments (Starbucks/Dunkin/Blank Street/Luckin experience is a major plus).

Qualifications

Food Protection License Required.

1+ years of experience in retail or F&B management (coffee shop, milk tea shop experience preferred).

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service.

Proficient in Store Management, including inventory oversight and team coordination.

Excellent Communication abilities for team management and customer interaction.

Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to ensure operational security and efficiency.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to operational challenges.

A strong interest in the coffee industry and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
