Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Canton, OH, for a Store Operations Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing retail operations, being a barista behind the bar, managing daily store activities, maintaining inventory control, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring optimal performance to support the company’s goals. Additional duties may encompass sales analysis, overseeing the financial health of the store, and contributing to operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Operations, with the ability to oversee and coordinate store activities effectively
• Proficiency in Operations Management and P&L (Profit and Loss) Management
• Strong skills in Inventory Control, including monitoring and maintaining optimal stock levels
• Excellent Customer Service skills, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with the coffee and tea industry is a plus
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field, is beneficial
• Barista experience is beneficial
