As Coffee House Supervisor, you will help lead daily operations, ensuring excellent service, smooth workflows, and an environment where both associates and guests feel welcome.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the coffee outlet in the absence of the department manager, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with training, scheduling, and coaching associates to maintain performance standards and a positive team culture.
- Monitor staffing levels, opening and closing duties, and adherence to safety and service procedures.
- Ensure menu knowledge, suggestive selling, and quality standards are consistently upheld by the team.
- Support cash handling, payroll reporting, inventory control, food ordering, and waste tracking.
- Enforce safety, sanitation, and brand standards to create a safe, clean, and guest-focused environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to direct and motivate a team.
- Ability to learn quickly, use technical equipment such as espresso machines, and process transactions using POS systems.
- Commitment to guest service, organization, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
