Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Team Member role located in Everett, WA, with responsibilities as a Bowl Builder, Barista, and Cafe associate. Day-to-day tasks include preparing smoothie bowls and beverages to order, accurately following recipes, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. The role involves operating cafe equipment, handling cash and card transactions at the register, and providing prompt, friendly customer service. Team Members support opening and closing duties, restock ingredients and supplies, and work collaboratively to keep the cafe organized and welcoming. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs.
Qualifications

• Ability to prepare food and beverages accurately, follow recipes, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, a friendly demeanor, and a professional approach to guest interactions.
• Comfort with using point-of-sale systems, handling cash transactions, and performing basic math for orders and payments.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods, lift and move supplies, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Previous cafe, barista, food service, or retail experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
• Commitment to health, safety, and inclusive service for all guests.
