We’re not your typical coffee shop.

We’re an outdoor walk-up + drive-thru with a patio full of dogs, regulars who know our names, espresso martinis that sell out on Saturdays, and a small but tight team that genuinely cares about doing things well and working hard.

We’re looking for a Keyholder who loves opening shifts (we open at 6 am), enjoys closing shifts just as much (we close at 5 pm and later during the summer on the weekends), and isn’t afraid to confidently run a shift solo when needed.

This role is for someone who works hard, is a team player, stays positive, and brings steady, good energy — busy or slow.

WHO YOU ARE

Strong barista experience with real attention to detail

Open availability (weekends, mornings, afternoons)

Loves early mornings as much as afternoon shifts

Comfortable working independently when scheduled solo

Self-motivated during downtime — you don’t wait to be told what to do

Reliable. Truly reliable.

Calm under pressure and efficient when it’s busy

Drama-free, solution-oriented, and optimistic

Genuinely enjoys coffee, cocktails, and making people’s day

You’re the type who:

Restocks without being asked

Cleans like it’s your own space

Notices small details

Leaves a shift knowing you set the next person up for success

Treats coworkers like teammates

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE

Crafting high-quality coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails

Opening + closing responsibilities

Cash handling + leadership support

Side work, inventory, cleaning, organization

Being on your feet and moving with intention

Occasionally, there may be a longer shift (for example, 8 am–6 pm). Not often — but it can happen.

We’re a small team, and we look out for each other. From time to time, we may ask for help covering or swapping a shift when life happens. It’s not constant — but flexibility and teamwork matter here.
