WHAT'S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...
We are seeking a Vice President & Managing Director – Americas to lead 7 Brew's launch, expansion, and long-term success across Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America.
Reporting directly to the President of International, this executive will be responsible for establishing 7 Brew throughout the Americas region by identifying strategic growth opportunities, building world-class franchise partnerships, and delivering exceptional operational and financial performance.
This leader will serve as the regional face of 7 Brew, translating our proven U.S. business model into locally relevant market strategies while preserving the culture, guest experience, and kindness that define our brand.
Success in this role requires an exceptional operator who can balance enterprise strategy with hands-on execution, scale high-performing franchise systems, build exceptional teams, and deliver sustainable growth across diverse international markets.

International Market Expansion & Growth Strategy
- Lead the launch and long-term expansion of 7 Brew throughout the Americas region.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new international market opportunities.
- Source, recruit, negotiate, and secure world-class franchise partners.
- Develop market entry strategies tailored to each country's unique business environment.
- Partner with International leadership to define both short- and long-term regional growth strategies.
- Adapt and localize the successful U.S. 7 Brew model while maintaining brand integrity.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, market potential, and expansion investments.
Franchise Development & Partnership Management
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with franchise partners across the region.
- Serve as the primary executive liaison between the Americas region and 7 Brew's global leadership.
- Support franchisees in driving profitable growth and operational excellence.
- Ensure franchise partners understand and execute the 7 Brew brand promise.
- Maximize franchisee ROI through operational improvements, strong unit economics, and scalable business practices.
- Collaborate with partners to develop sustainable multi-unit growth plans.
Operational Excellence
- Together with our franchisees and home office teams, responsible for all operational functions across the Americas region, including:
- Operations & Training

- Ensure consistent execution of global brand standards while adapting appropriately to local market needs.
- Implement scalable operating systems that support rapid regional growth.
- Drive operational consistency, efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements.
Financial Leadership & Business Performance
- Own full regional P&L responsibility for the Americas business.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Drive profitable sales growth while optimizing costs across the region.
- Develop strategies that improve unit economics and long-term profitability.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Consistently deliver or exceed operational and financial goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Development, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, and International leadership.
- Ensure regional priorities align with enterprise growth strategies.
- Provide strategic input into international expansion initiatives.
- Influence enterprise decisions impacting international growth.
- Champion collaboration across functions to accelerate successful market launches.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams across diverse international markets.

Brand Representation & Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent 7 Brew with franchisees, suppliers, government officials, and key business stakeholders throughout the Americas.
- Build strong partnerships that strengthen the brand and accelerate growth.
- Serve as an ambassador of the 7 Brew culture across all international markets.
- Ensure alignment between regional execution and corporate vision.
- Influence stakeholders through strong communication, trust, and relationship-building.
MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within multi-unit QSR, hospitality, retail, or consumer service organizations.
- International franchising experience required.
- Proven success launching and scaling brands into new international markets.
- Demonstrated experience identifying and securing franchise partnerships.
- Strong background leading large, geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries.
- Experience managing regional or business unit P&Ls.
- Knowledge of franchise business models, unit economics, and franchisee profitability.
- Experience working across multiple functional disciplines, including Operations, Marketing, Development, Technology, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Experience operating in high-growth environments with significant expansion initiatives.
- CPG experience is considered a plus.
TRAVEL
- This position requires 25–35% travel, primarily throughout Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America, to support market launches, franchise partnerships, and regional operations.
- Location: Northwest Arkansas is preferred. Candidates located in major U.S. hubs including Dallas, New York City, or Atlanta will also be considered. Relocation assistance is available.
