Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cherry Hill, NJ, for a Starbucks Coffee General Manager at Applegreen. The General Manager will oversee store operations, ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, and meet financial and operational objectives. Key responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing team, managing inventory and supply chain processes, monitoring expenses and budgets, implementing marketing and promotional activities, and adhering to company and franchise standards. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Leadership and team management skills, with an ability to train, motivate, and mentor employees.
  • Strong operational skills, including inventory management, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Customer service expertise, with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction and building brand loyalty.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a hospitality, retail, or food and beverage setting; prior leadership experience in a Starbucks or similar environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and food safety compliance standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred but not required; equivalent experience may be considered.
