Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Starbucks General Manager .The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Starbucks location, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. Duties include managing and developing team members, driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining inventory control, and achieving financial performance goals. The General Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop a dynamic team
- Proven experience in customer service, including delivering an exceptional guest experience and resolving customer concerns effectively
- Knowledge of business operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and achieving financial targets
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the food service, hospitality, or retail industry is strongly preferred
- General understanding of industry standards related to safety, health, and quality compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational efficiency
- Proficient in using technology and point-of-sale systems; strong computer skills are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
