Job Description

Starting pay: $15 + Tips

Supports bar operations by ensuring bartenders have all necessary supplies, maintaining a clean and organized bar environment, restocking alcohol, mixers, ice, and glassware, assisting with basic preparation tasks, and helping deliver fast, efficient, and guest‑ready service throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly in crowded bar and service areas
• Ability to work in environments with noise, bright lights, and variable temperatures
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required alcohol service or gaming licenses
• Professionalism and a positive attitude in all guest and team interactions
• Compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
