Travelin Toms Coffee is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Baristas to join our team at our Summit Mall location! This is the perfect job for a college student looking for flexible part time hours.

We’re looking for people who enjoy working with customers, can move quickly in a busy environment, and take pride in creating great drinks and keeping their workspace clean and organized.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare hot, iced, frozen, and specialty coffee drinks according to company recipes and standards
• Provide friendly, welcoming customer service
• Take customer orders and accurately process payments through our POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area
• Restock supplies, ingredients, cups, and other products throughout the shift
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep the shop clean throughout the day, including equipment, counters, floors, and customer areas
• Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Communicate with coworkers and managers to keep the store running smoothly
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Help with other tasks as needed to support the team

• Previous barista, coffee shop, restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
