Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Barista role located in Wall, NJ. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, including coffee and tea, in accordance with customers’ preferences. Key daily tasks include handling food preparation, maintaining a clean workspace, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting with inventory management. You will also engage with customers to provide a welcoming and positive experience at our café.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills, including beverage preparation and handling of equipment
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for engaging with customers and teammates
• Experience in Customer Service and the ability to create a friendly and supportive environment
• Basic knowledge of Food Preparation standards and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work during weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Prior experience in a café or restaurant setting is a plus
