As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting café environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting will be essential to your success in this role.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages
• Deliver excellent customer service and actively engage with guests
• Use sales skills to recommend products, upsell, and drive store sales
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
• Assist with food preparation and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Coffee shop experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong sales and customer engagement skills (required)
• Reliable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Weekend availability required

Skills Required:

• Previous barista experience or experience in the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy café setting.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math applications.
• Knowledge of food safety practices related to food preparation and handling is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
