About Us We are thrilled to announce the launch of Common Craft Coffee, a brand-new specialty coffee shop opening right in the heart of Morgan Hill! Our mission is simple: to make exceptional craft coffee a common, everyday experience. Coffee is our craft, our connection, and our way of doing good.

We are building our founding team and looking for humble, motivated people who are serious about learning specialty coffee and have a genuine heart for hospitality. If you value quality, simplicity, and making people smile, we want you to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Craft Quality: Prepare high-quality espresso and tea beverages to precise standards, including dialing in espresso and mastering milk texturing.
• Serve with Heart: Provide efficient, warm, and consistent hospitality to every guest who walks through our doors.
• Keep it Clean: Roll up your sleeves to maintain a spotless shop—this includes washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, bussing tables, and cleaning restrooms.
• Hustle: Accurately operate the POS, restock supplies, and strictly follow all food safety guidelines during fast-paced rushes.
• Teamwork: Support your crew in daily operations, opening/closing shifts, and creating a positive work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• A love for serving others and a strong team-player mentality.
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays. (Consistent punctuality is essential!)
• The ability to multitask, follow exact instructions, and stay calm under pressure.
• A valid California Food Handler Card (or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire).
• Physical stamina to stand for full shifts and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Note: Prior specialty coffee experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right attitude!
