Dialog Cafe is a family-owned café in the heart of West Hollywood, adjacent to the Sunset Strip. For over 15 years, we’ve proudly served our community with high-quality coffee, pastries, and food. We source locally from farmers markets and work with vendors who take great pride in their craft.

Our goal is simple: provide excellent service while creating a welcoming space that feels like home for everyone.

We are currently looking for experienced Baristas to join our team.

Location: 8766 Holloway Dr, West Hollywood
This is a Part-time position - Opportunity for full time available
Must be available for closing shifts and weekends

Candidates must have experience working in third-wave coffee.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot and cold beverages according to company standards
• Execute consistent latte art
• Prepare smoothies according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Interact with customers in a professional and welcoming manner

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a barista in a third-wave coffee environment
• Ability to calibrate espresso and dial in grinders
• Strong latte art skills
• Experience with La Marzocco espresso machines
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid California Food Handler’s Certificate
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable with a strong attendance record
• Willing to follow direction and ask questions when clarification is needed
