Looking for a barista job that pays well and makes a difference?

At DIRT Coffee, we believe coffee is about people first.

We're looking for experienced specialty baristas to join our Downtown Littleton cafe, people who love dialing in espresso, talking coffee with customers, remembering regulars' names, and creating the kind of café where everyone feels like they belong.

If you're the type of person who gets excited about a perfect cortado, can talk processing methods with a curious guest, and genuinely enjoys building community one cup at a time, we'd love to meet you.'

Pay : $21–$24/hour (hourly wage + tips)

Schedule: Part-time: 10–25 hours/week

Hiring for openers, midday, and closers
Weekend availability required
Paid training and opportunities for growth

What You'll Do

Keep the bar consistent during the day in drink-making as well as customer service
Create genuine connections with customers and help build a welcoming community café.
Keep your bar clean, organized, and ready for the next rush.
Work alongside our internship program, helping create an encouraging environment for neurodivergent interns.

You're a Great Fit If You...

Have previous barista experience (specialty coffee preferred).
Love talking coffee without taking yourself too seriously.
