Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista position located in Richmond, VA. As a Barista, you will prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Daily tasks include crafting specialty drinks, preparing light food, handling transactions, and creating a welcoming environment for all customers. You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Barista/Bartending skill level preferred, including experience in preparing coffee and other beverages
• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Basic Food Preparation knowledge and adherence to safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
