Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Barista who is passionate about coffee, hospitality, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive energy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other menu items

* Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment

* Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café

* Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately

* Restock inventory and assist with daily opening/closing duties

* Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow and standards

* Uphold the Hapive culture and customer experience

Qualifications

* Minimum 1 year barista or café experience preferred

* Strong communication and people skills

* Positive attitude and team mentality

* Reliable, punctual, and organized

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Willingness to learn and grow with the company
