The Difference You Will Make
As a Barista you will operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems, and other café equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including counters, machines, and seating areas. Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, coffee beans, and pastries. Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, inventory checks, and cash handling.

Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling; specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to focus.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a restaurant environment, including a kitchen area.
Location and Travel: Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous barista, café, or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements.
- Ability to learn beverage preparation techniques and follow recipes.
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.
