Barista

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Chicago, IL. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and snacks, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations, and managing inventory. Key tasks include taking customer orders, operating a variety of coffee equipment, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The Barista will also support customer satisfaction by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs professionally and courteously.

Qualifications

• Barista and Food Preparation experience, with knowledge of coffee equipment operations
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming and friendly environment
• Effective Communication skills to handle customer interactions and collaborate with team members
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and safety standards
• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
