Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Barista role located in Singer Island, FL. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including expertly crafted coffees, teas, and specialty drinks. Additional responsibilities include taking customer orders, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, ensuring all food and beverages meet quality standards, and fostering an inviting and friendly environment for customers. As a representative of Paradise Coffee Bar, the Barista will contribute to both exceptional service and the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Barista skills, including beverage preparation and familiarity with coffee-making techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster positive customer interactions and teamwork
• Proficiency in customer service and communication to engage and assist guests effectively
• Experience in food preparation, ensuring quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Prior barista or food service experience is a plus
