Barista Role Summary

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and building customer loyalty
Prepare high-quality beverages such as coffee and matcha using industry-leading equipment
Maintain food safety standards and adhere to health regulations
Manage product wastage and adjust par levels based on business needs
Participate in training and initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales
Work independently or collaboratively to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications & Skills

Over 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or coffee
Reliable, with strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for prolonged periods
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete necessary employment documentation
