Job Summary: C12 Barista

The C12 Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, handling sales transactions, and providing excellent customer service within a Starbucks environment.

Greet customers, take and fulfill food and beverage orders, and suggest additional products to enhance sales
Operate cash register, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies
Educate customers about coffee varieties, brewing methods, and product differences
Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in customer areas and food prep zones
Adhere to safety, security, and operational policies, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers
Maintain composure during busy periods, exemplify positive behavior, and support team operations

Qualifications & Skills

Friendly, outgoing, and able to interact effectively with customers and coworkers
Physical ability to stand, bend, and twist as needed
Good communication skills to understand instructions and converse comfortably with customers
Willingness to learn Starbucks products and procedures
Customer service experience and cash handling skills are preferred
