Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Erie, PA. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee and tea beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace, providing outstanding customer service, and handling cash transactions. Additional responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, restocking supplies, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The Barista will also contribute to creating a friendly and engaging environment for guests and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing coffee and tea beverages, and basic food preparation
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and adhere to safety standards
• Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude
• Prior barista or food service experience is a plus but not required
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
