Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based at The Source Coffee Roastery + Taproom in Sioux Falls, SD. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include operating coffee machines, handling food preparation, taking orders, managing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Barista will also foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring each customer has a positive experience during their visit.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills including Interpersonal Skills and exceptional Customer Service abilities
• Experience in Barista work, including knowledge of coffee preparation and operation of espresso machines
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Basic skills in Food Preparation, following safety and hygiene guidelines
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality setting is a plus
