Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• The Part-Time Barista will deliver an exceptional guest experience, connecting with customers to deliver quality beverages and products. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness always
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items and stay current on seasonal specials, new menu items, and specifications including proper preparation while promoting and recommending menu options to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties
• Process all payment methods
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

What You'll Bring

• A Barista will have an outgoing and social personality
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for product quality
• Previous experience always helps, but is not required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
