Job Title: Cashier/Barista

Location: CC’s Coffee House – Monroe, LA.

Position Overview

CC’s Coffee House is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Cashier/Barista. In this role, you will create a welcoming environment for guests while preparing high-quality beverages and providing excellent service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and love coffee, we’d love to meet you!

Pay Structure

$9 per hour based on experience

Tip pooling

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service.

Take orders accurately and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.

Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other menu items according to company standards.

Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and workstations.

Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, and food items.

Answer Customer Questions About Menu Items And Make Recommendations.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous customer service or food service experience preferred (not required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying attentive to detail.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Comfortable working in a busy café environment
