Brews & Blends Cafe Team Member

We’re looking for enthusiastic Team Members who are friendly, dependable, eager to learn, and excited to serve delicious drinks and snacks to our guests. This is a Part Time position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, outgoing, and professional customer service.
• Greet guests, take orders accurately, and prepare coffee, smoothies, and café menu items.
• Operate the register, handle payments, and balance the cash drawer.
• Maintain a clean, organized café area including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
• Follow safe food handling rules and sanitation procedures.
• Restock supplies and communicate inventory needs to supervisor.
• Follow opening and closing procedures consistently.
• Attend training and staff meetings as scheduled.
• Respond calmly and appropriately in emergencies.
• Promote a positive atmosphere and uphold City and facility policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Jackson County Food Handler certification (provided by the City if not already obtained).
• CPR & First Aid certification (provided if not already obtained).
• Previous food or beverage service experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train you!
