What You’ll Do

• Craft the Experience: You’ll be the heart of the café and candy shop, whipping up gourmet coffee, serving delicious grill items, and hand-crafting fudge and candy that makes every customer's day a little sweeter.
• Master the Menu: From the deli line to the barista station, you’ll become an expert in our recipes and food safety, ensuring every treat is prepared to perfection and every guest enjoys a world-class dining environment.
• Lead by Example: You’ll help keep the shop running like clockwork by managing daily cleaning schedules, overseeing cash handling, and mentoring new team members to reach their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.

• Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
• Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
• Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
  
  

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Average of 15-20 hours per week
• The Shift: 2-3 evening shifts from (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM) with product knowledge team training every other week on a Tuesday or Wednesday from 5:15 PM - 6:45 PM.
• Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Pay: The hourly rate posted is a base hourly wage.
