Essential Duties
- Prepare specialty coffee and espresso drinks with consistency and quality
- Understand and enforce casino discount programs
- Accurately handle cash, make change, and issue receipts or tickets
- Keep counters, equipment, and food service areas clean and organized at all times
- Stock and prep grab-and-go items as needed
- Support café operations and assist in other areas as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of fast-food or restaurant experience
- Ability to obtain a Washington State Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
- Ability to obtain a Class 13 Alcohol Server Permit within 30 days of hire
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
