Gourmondo Café & Catering Co. is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Café District Manager to oversee operations across our growing portfolio of independent café locations throughout the Seattle area.

This role is ideal for a hospitality or food service leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching and developing teams, and has a passion for operational excellence. As Café District Manager, you will serve as the primary operational partner to our café supervisors, ensuring every location delivers an outstanding guest experience while meeting company standards for service, quality, profitability, and team engagement.

What You'll Do

• Provide operational oversight and support for multiple independent café locations.
• Partner with Café Supervisors to ensure consistent execution of company standards.
• Conduct regular café visits to evaluate guest experience, merchandising, cleanliness, presentation, and service quality.
• Coach and develop café leaders to improve operational performance and employee engagement.
• Monitor staffing levels, scheduling practices, labor utilization, and workforce planning.
• Ensure all cafés are fully staffed and operating efficiently each day.
• Support new product launches, promotions, and operational initiatives in partnership with Café Division leadership.
• Monitor inventory management, ordering practices, waste control, and supply chain processes.
• Ensure Point of Sale (POS) systems, operational tools, and reporting systems are utilized accurately and consistently.
• Review daily cash reporting and support compliance with company cash handling procedures.
• Identify operational opportunities and implement solutions that improve efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain strong communication with café leadership and company stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, café, retail food service, or hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and operational performance metrics.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence teams across multiple locations.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and POS platforms.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule

This position works primarily during café operating hours and requires regular travel between locations. Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required to support business needs.

• Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience
