Role Description The Cafe Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Trioshot Cafe in Stafford, VA. This role oversees daily cafe operations, including supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. The Cafe Manager monitors inventory, orders supplies, and maintains food and beverage quality standards, as well as cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include handling cash and point-of-sale procedures, managing sales targets, resolving guest concerns, and supporting training and development of team members. The Cafe Manager also collaborates with ownership to implement promotions, improve processes, and drive overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage guests and support team members effectively.
• Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service skills to maintain quality standards and ensure efficient preparation and presentation.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to help meet revenue goals, promote menu items, and support cafe growth.
• Experience in supervising staff or leading teams in a cafe, restaurant, or retail environment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of basic cash handling, POS systems, and inventory management is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality or food safety is an advantage.
