About The Role

The Cafe & Pantry Supervisor position will be a supervisory position to ensure the Food & Beverage operation and standards are being met to the fullest. The Supervisor will be a liaison between the service staff, Guests and F&B Management Team. Provide guests with food and beverage offerings, assistance with retail purchases and maintain the Café & Pantry work area. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Provide guests with food and beverage, assistance with retail purchases and maintaining the Café & Pantry work area. Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or house charges. Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs. Ensuring quality control and maintaining inventory. Ensuring daily service standards are carried out.

What you bring    

•     Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
•     Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
•     Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
•     Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. 
•     Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions and read and write English.
•     Hawaii Food Handler’s Card
•     Maui Liquor Card
•     Tuberculosis Clearance

Schedule & Hours

•     Full time
•     The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
