About The Role

As a Cleaner/Sanitation Technician, you will ensure that production areas, service counters, dining spaces, and restrooms meet the high standards expected of a food establishment. You will follow cleaning schedules, handle sanitation chemicals safely, and keep equipment and surfaces ready for use throughout each shift. This is hands-on, detail-driven work for someone who takes pride in a job well done. Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces, mixing equipment, utensils, fryers, and display cases according to established procedures.
• Sweep, operate floor cleaner in production, service, and dining areas to prevent slips and maintain a tidy appearance.
• Empty trash and recycling, break down and dispose of waste, and keep receiving and storage areas orderly.
• Clean and stock restrooms, ensuring they remain presentable throughout business hours.
• Follow safe handling practices for cleaning agents and report any equipment or maintenance issues promptly.
• Support the team during peak times so service areas stay clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout a full shift, and handling cleaning supplies safely.
• Ideal work schedule would be 7pm to midnight. Sunday availability is ideal.
• Attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness and food-safety standards.
• Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work Sundays or holidays as needed.
• Prior cleaning, janitorial, or food-service sanitation experience is helpful but not required.
