Pay: $20–$23 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

Position: Full-Time

Picasso Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced, dependable, and friendly Barista / Closing Supervisor to join our team at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor!

We are looking for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently lead a team while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages.
• Provide excellent customer service in a busy café environment.
• Supervise evening café operations and support team members.
• Oversee closing procedures, cleaning, and daily checklists.
• Handle cash transactions and register operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café.
• Ensure food safety and company standards are consistently met.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment.
