Role Description

The Coffee Shop Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Canonsburg, PA. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. The manager will also handle inventory management, maintain quality standards, and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and foster employee engagement. Leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills.
• Experience in Operations and Store Management to oversee day-to-day shop activities and ensure efficiency.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Experience to ensure a welcoming and satisfying environment for all patrons.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Experience managing budgets, tracking inventory, and meeting sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in a coffee shop, food and beverage or retail industry is a plus.
