Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Coffee Technician based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Coffee Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of espresso machines, coffee brewers, and related equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing routine servicing, providing customer support, ensuring minimal downtime for clients, and maintaining detailed service records.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in the maintenance and troubleshooting of coffee machines, espresso machines, and related brewing equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, mechanics, and repair tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and address technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Organizational skills to manage service schedules and maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance.
• Previous experience in a similar role or the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
