Role Description The Dishwasher/Utility team member at Taps Cafe is a full-time, on-site role based in El Cajon, CA. This role is responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, following proper health and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining clean workstations, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and restocking cleaning supplies and dishwashing materials. The role also supports the kitchen and front-of-house team by assisting with basic food prep, organizing storage areas, and helping set up or break down workstations as needed. This position requires consistent attendance, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with other team members to maintain smooth café operations.
