Our spacious suites cater to various needs, from studios to three-bedroom options, accommodating friends, families, wedding parties, and extended stays. Enjoy the vibrant culinary experience at "Simona's" coffee to cocktails restaurant, relax by the outdoor pool, or rejuvenate in our yoga studio.

What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact
- Prepare weekly schedules for Simona’s, considering business fluctuations to control labor costs.
- Work with Sales and Events to create event schedules.
- Work with Food and Beverage Leads to manage menus, inventory, and ordering.
- Submit payroll and tips for Simona’s before deadlines each pay period.
- Submit event pay according to established procedures.
- Conduct all front-of-house hiring for Simona’s in coordination with the General Manager and People & Culture.
- Meet with distributors, winemakers and other key partners and attend off-site tastings to continue education and uphold the restaurant’s reputation. Create and sustain local partnerships.
- Maintain current brand relationships.
- Maintain relationships with leased food truck operators.
- Interview, hire, and onboard new team members to ensure high service standards.
- Train and supervise all front-of-house staff in proper service etiquette and test server knowledge of menu offerings.
- Maintain and enhance existing F&B programming, promotions, and events while developing new concepts and experiences that drive guest engagement and revenue.
- Oversee all aspects of front-of-house service for the café, bar, and events.
- Oversee all on-site events.
- Promote and enforce proper service etiquette in all outlets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for all F&B staff in coordination.
- Promote staff cross-training to improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain marketing strategies that target existing clientele and attract new customers in collaboration with the Guest Experience Manager.
- Increase food and beverage amenities with a focus on local products.
- Work the floor during short staffing, high-volume periods, or special events to ensure smooth operations and maintain service standards.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational goals.
- At least 3 years food service leadership/supervisory experience
- The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and interpret regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, Outlook, Basic knowledge of POS is preferable.
- Must be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations
- Ability to create a team environment within and across departments.
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong general management skills, including time management, information analysis, planning and organizing, decision making, problem solving, and delivery of results.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget management, expense control, forecasting and analysis of financial statements.
- Strong people management skills, including coaching, motivating, delegating, scheduling and relationship-building.
