Job Summary
The Front Desk & Café Coordinator role combines operations and hospitality. You’ll prioritize your time by ensuring our employee cafe, the Web40 Cafe, is stocked and organized, serving as the front-desk presence to support daily building needs and providing studio support by maintaining shared spaces and assisting with events. Reporting to the Styling Manager, you will collaborate with a wide variety of team members including studio team staff, building operations and cafe & vendor suppliers. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail and passion for hospitality, paired with creativity in introducing seasonal offerings and sourcing new products, help elevate the experience for employees and visitors while contributing to a supportive, optimistic team focused on collaboration and constant improvement.

Responsibilities
- Manage café inventory and place timely orders while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Keep the Web40 Café consistently clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming.
- Maintain café equipment and coordinate service needs as required.
- Perform light housekeeping throughout the day to sustain a polished environment.
- Bring creative input to seasonal offerings, new products, and occasional pop-ups or café improvements.
- Serve as the front-desk point of contact, welcoming employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and office supply ordering and distribution.
- Provide event support, including scheduling, invitations, refreshments, and materials.
- Collaborate with studio managers and producers off set.
- Maintain clean and organized shared spaces.
- Support shoots and studio events through talent and hospitality needs.
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, café or foodservice operations, workplace experience, office coordination, or customer-facing operational roles.
- Experience in café, foodservices, or front-of-house environments is a plus.
- Prior experience coordinating vendors, supporting building operations, or working in fast-paced, service-oriented settings.

- Creative mindset paired with strong problem-solving skills, especially in hospitality or event-style logistics.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with comfort learning new systems.
- Ability to perform administrative and receptionist duties as part of the front-desk function.
- ServSafe certification is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in a café, front-desk, and studio environment.
- Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the day to restock supplies, maintain café inventory, perform light food prep, and carry out routine housekeeping tasks.
- Move between the café, front desk, and studio spaces throughout the day, including assisting with setup, breakdown, or repositioning countertop equipment or furniture as needed.
- Comfort working around kitchen equipment (espresso machine, soda machine, toasters) and studio environments (lights, sets, carts) with appropriate safety awareness.
