Prep Cook Job Summary:

Join one of the area's newest and fastest-growing cafés! Grind & Go Café is known for serving fresh, creative food and specialty coffee in a fun, fast-paced environment. With a strong and growing social media presence, we're always creating exciting new menu items and experiences for our customers. As a Prep Cook, you'll play an essential role in preparing fresh ingredients, assisting with food production, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and helping deliver high-quality food every day.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of café or restaurant kitchen experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes consistently.
• Reliable, organized, positive, and a team player.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Schedule:

We offer a flexible and fair work schedule, but weekend availability is required.

• No night shifts. Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule!
• Opportunities to pick up additional hours when available.
• Staff are welcome to switch shifts with coworkers, subject to manager approval.

Cafe Hours:

We offer a flexible and fair work schedule, but weekend availability is required.

• Tuesday–Friday: Open 7a–2p (Typical Work Shift: 6:30a-3p)
• Saturday + Sunday: Open 8a-2p (Typical Work Shift: 7:30a-3p)
• Closed Every Monday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, 4th of July.
