Fresh Roasted Coffee is looking for an experienced Marketing & Brand Manager to lead marketing across our growing family of coffee and tea brands, including Fresh Roasted Coffee, Positively Tea, Grounds & Hounds, and future brands and product lines.

This is a management-level, hands-on marketing position for someone who can develop the strategy AND execute it.

  Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the FRC family of brands

  Establish marketing goals, campaigns, calendars, and performance metrics

  
  


• 
  

  Lead brand positioning, messaging, voice, and visual identity

  
  


• 
  

  Develop strategies to grow individual brands and product lines

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee social media strategy and content across multiple platforms

  
  


• 
  

  Create and/or oversee graphics, photography, video, reels, and other content

  
  


• 
  

  Develop email marketing and customer retention campaigns

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee website and e-commerce marketing initiatives

  
  


• 
  

  Manage digital advertising and promotional campaigns

  
  


• 
  

  Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, events, and promotions

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with Sales to develop marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and revenue

  Research competitors, customer behavior, and market trends

  
  


• 
  

  Manage marketing vendors, agencies, freelancers, and creative partners

  Manage marketing budgets and resources

  
  


• 
  

  Track marketing KPIs and ROI and report results

  Use data to determine what's working and continuously improve our marketing efforts

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field required

  
  


• 
  

  3-5+ years of progressive marketing or brand management experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies

  
  


• 
  

  Experience managing brands, product lines, or multiple marketing channels preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong social media and digital marketing experience

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Strong project management and organizational skills

  Experience with content creation, including graphics, photography, and/or video

  Experience with email marketing, e-commerce, website management, and digital advertising preferred

  Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools preferred

  Experience managing marketing vendors or outside agencies is a plus

  
  

This position is located at our facility in Sunbury, PA and requires working on-site five days per week. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position.

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Sunbury, PA.

Fresh Roasted Coffee is a growing specialty coffee roaster and manufacturer based in Sunbury, PA. We produce coffee and tea for our own brands as well as wholesale, private-label, co-packing, and e-commerce customers.
