About The Role – PM Pack Team Member

As a member of our PM Pack Team, you’ll help ensure our baked goods are packaged accurately and efficiently. You'll play a vital role in maintaining quality and meeting daily production goals. This position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Package baked goods according to quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve processes
• Monitor output and quality; make adjustments as needed
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in packaging, production, or manufacturing preferred
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Able to take feedback and work well in a team
  
  

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with automated packaging equipment
• Basic knowledge of quality control
• Multi-lingual: English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, French

Availability: Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays

Shift Hours: 4pm - 4am

Shift Length: 6 hours and 8 hours

Part-Time - up to 30 hours/week Full-Time - up to 40 hours/week

Compensation details: 16.5-17 Hourly Wage
