Part Time - Barista

Role Overview: The Barista is responsible for crafting all beverages and food items, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive environment for customers and staff. Key Responsibilities

• Present a positive image of the brand to customers and coworkers
• Proactively recommend beverages, snacks, and pastries to enhance customer experience
• Prepare beverages and food according to specifications and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain excellent customer service, store cleanliness, and safety standards
• Follow cash handling procedures accurately
• Report operational needs and equipment issues to management
• Adhere to company policies, safety rules, and participate in training sessions
  
  

Qualifications

• No prior barista experience required; training provided
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Flexible availability between 6AM-7PM
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment

Compensation: $12.00 per hour
