Part Time Barista

To achieve and maintain consistent high quality service and beverages, we recommend that within the coffee bar you have dedicated positions.

Please understand, you won't need all four at all times of course, but this is how you want to think of positions, In service.

Job Requirements

• Minimum lifting of 30lbs.
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching.
• Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
• Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
• Making espresso beverages, latte art, speed and efficiency.
• Articulating drinks, guiding guests through menu, up sells, builds rapport with guests.
• Serving beverages, building rapport, restocking milk.
  
  

Essential Functions

• Practice the Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times.
• Promptly take and serve guest orders.
• Operate the POS and complete all side work.
  
  

Check the quality and presentation of all food before serving to a guest
