Role Description:

Good Pick Coffee is hiring experienced Event Baristas to join our growing team for corporate events, brand activations, and private events throughout Los Angeles.

We’re looking for baristas who are confident working on La Marzocco / Slayer espresso machines and can consistently craft a full specialty espresso menu, including cortados, flat whites, cappuccinos, and lattes. You should also be comfortable preparing matcha drinks and cold foam / foam-topped beverages in a fast-paced event environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Professional barista experience with La Marzocco espresso machines

• Strong espresso preparation skills across cortados, flat whites, cappuccinos, and lattes

• Experience preparing matcha and foam drinks

• Coffee cart, catering, event, or high-volume service experience preferred

• Friendly, polished, and comfortable interacting with guests

• Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently during busy service periods

• Comfortable lifting and moving equipment up to approximately 50 lb

Role structure:

This is initially an event-based contract position with flexible scheduling. As Good Pick Coffee grows, the role may develop into a full-time position.
